Gang Cina

Gang Cina

for the past 3 years, i have made lots of new and old friends. we didnt appeal to each other at first but slowly our group began to enlarge. 2005 was when the group began, 2006 was when the group slowly vanished and 2007 was when our group was bigger than ever. by 2007, matthew and sheng ling proudly call us the Gang Cina. we are not exactly gangster or anything but is just that we are all chinese students and enjoy mixing together. it was a sad thing that 2 of our members had left to another country, Thailand and Canada due to personal reasons.
starting of 2005, i only mixed with ryan and yew han, two of my closest friends left from my primary good friends. we were still shy with the surrounding so we only mixed with each other only. it didnt take long before yew han began mixing with another group of friends, hon sang, nigel, lih shyan and the rest. me and ryan also began to mix with other friends who is in the same class as us. i began to mix with eng khim who is also one of my primary friend. ryan bring in alan while i brought in wan jun. wan jun is consider as the first new friend i made in smksu. we were then a group of good friends.
me, ryan, alan, eng khim and wan jun were the beginning of the gang cina. when moral class begin, i started to know matthew through switching email address. we werent that close yet but we did chat for awhile in the msn messenger. slowly, he became the new member of the gang cina, making us all boys. matthew eventually started to argue with yee leng, his primary school mate and alan was eventually was in the same neighbourhood as yvonne.
yvonne and yee leng werent an official of the gang cina yet that time. insted, somehow we began mixing with two of the smartest girl in our class, sheng ling and wei lian. the girl group of the gang cina began. sheng knew wei lian and yee leng. yvonne was close with marissa and adrienne. yee leng and yvonne eventually began quite close. from then onwards, we were one big family. the 12 of us often sits in group gossiping about anything we could think of. a new game was also invented by someone (i think is ryan) which eventually named Matthew's Lame Game due to his often request of the game. it was something like our group's trademark.
and of 2005 and early 2006 didnt go well to our gang. yvonne started mixing with bianca which eventually followed a group of school gangster pulling yee leng's intrest. marissa and adrienne also split off. sheng, wei lian, alan and ryan become thight friends. matthew started 'going out' with yee leng. me, eng khim and wan jun began to mix with a new batch of friends, nigel, bryan, natalie, annie and cheam. matthew and yee leng the end broke up and restart the world war three. matthew from there mix with the malay girls which is also my friends from my primary school, nadzlin, hanisah and alya. we seldom chat with each other from then onwards.
it seems like the end of the gang cina until mr ang began pouring us with hard homeworks. we have to put a side of our diffrences and help each other out with the math work. the gang cina was not destined to end yet as more things came out which pull us back together. matthew and sheng ling started discussing about being the next afternnon session prefects BOD. tennis lesson forced alan to invite me and ryan to join along the lesson. sheng ling was also intrested in tennis. matthew also became close friends with us back. our group was down to matthew, me, sheng, ryan, alan and wei lian.
later on, i managed to pull wan jun and eng khim to the gang. adrienne, marissa and sheng hav a basketball tournament which also become another reason to restore the gang cina. the gang enlarge to one more member when yee leng decided to join adrienne and marissa. our gang was now short of yvonne but there was nothing we can do at that time. the game Mafia was introduced at the end of 2006. yvonne got intrested and play along. the game didnt last long but our friendship did.
2007 began and sheng started mixing with hon sang and yew han. our group was then enlarge to three new members, hon sang, yew han and lih shyan. we sometimes will group together and chat about anything. we were now one big happy group. bryan and bianca sometimes join us. i felt so happy that time. it was a feeling of a second family was with me. partys and outing constantly happen around us (althoug most of the time i didn go). sadly, during early august, wan jun left to ontario, canada. it didnt take long before wei lian too had to leave to bangkok, thailand. we really miss them but our friendship was still connected by the power of one of the greatest technology, msn mesenger.matthew gave a name to our wonderful group, the gang cina.
now that 2008 is coming and we will be splitted to diffrent class next year, the bond between us might not stay the way they are. for all the best, that we will still be the best of friends.
BEST FRIENDS FOREVER
Adrienne
Alan
Eng Khim
Hon Sang
Lih Shyan
Marissa
Matthew
Ryan
Sheng Ling
Wan Jun
Wei Lian
Yee Leng
Yew Han
Yvonne
ME!
i know this post will not be as nice as what matthew and sheng sould put it but i jus got nothing to post and felt like posting something. this is a post with no proper planning except the tittle. and again, friends forever!!

Room Clean

Room Cleaning Day

started cleaning my room today to sort of welcoming the new year. i not sure why my family started this tradition but i just followed it anyway. like any other kids (im not sure about you lot), cleaning room is one of 'least fav things to do'. i will only SERIOUSLY clean my room once a year. when i mean, seiously, i meant that i will clean everything i could reach in my room. usually, i will just clean my table and stuff things neatly into my drawer without even bothering the stuff in the drawer and cupboards.

once a year, like today, i will take out everything in my drawerS and clean inside and out. at the same time, i will reneat and redecorate my stuff in my drawers and tables and split my stuff into two teams, the useable and junks. my stuffs look like alot but once when i stacked all my stuffs into a pile, it seems quite little. however, dust is the other way round. so dirty!! ech!! it took me long enough to unload all my stuff and wiping isnt any easier. especially when i try to reach place hard to reach.

while cleaning one of drawers, i remembered that the whole drawer can be take out to easen my job. when i took out the lower drawer, i just noticed that under the drawer is a total hollow place, unkown for years. because of that, it was covered with MANY dustbunnies. is so disgusting and some of my old stuff is there, dusty:
1) my old ANW student card, 0.70 for a rootbear and rm1 for 2 scoops of icecream. not sure can still use or not but hope still can loh.
2) one of my old poker cards digimon version. it has the picture of togemon (cactus monster).
3) 2 magazine i made myself when i was young though i did not show it to anyone but my sister.
4) rulers

there were so many dust, my table wiping towel will never be able to clean it. i plan to vacum it later. once finish cleaning, i got big plastic bag of junks. too many things to be listed. after cleaning for 6hrs with half an hour of lunch rest, i felt so tired. i am suppose to vacum and mop the floor later but too tired lah so i plan to do it tomorow. maybe i have to sleep in my parents room today due to the dusty enviroment. at least it is done. my room looks neater and less cramped with stuffs.

PMR Result Day

PMR Results Day

today is the day i have been waiting for and dreaded ofr at the same time. the day where my PMR results will b annonced. i arrive at school at about 10am, meeting the rest of my frens near the canteen. like me, all of them were in a nervous breakdown. what is worst is that the teachers are torchering us by having a meeting and forced us to wait until 11.30am.

is kinda funny to see the great teacher's meeting as all the teachers, group together in 2 classroom and start discussing. actually, most of them werent even paying attention, jus like us, never pay attention in class. some were chatting among their own, some was day dreaming and pn akmaliza wave hi to us in the middle of the meeting.

at about 11.30 pm or so, delta class results were given. sadly, i am not in delta so me and my frens waited again. not long then, pn sulo, our class teacher came and sat down at the sumbang sih hall. some of us scream in excitement and nervousity. hon sang was the first to redeemed his results. he got 7 a's with a normal wide smile. not a surprise thing actually, he got the tittle, best boy in our class 2 times in the entire 3 years of Gamma class. matthew was second, he got straight a's as well, and started to jump with joy. ryan came in next, with shengs confident that if matts get he will get too, and she was right. i didnt see his reaction as i was next and too focused on my own results. and i got 7 A's!! YAY!!!! so happy. didnt expect it actually.

i was so worried on bm, english, sejarah and science. but i made it through. the only thing that made me lower than the rest of my frens is my practical history portfolio. i got 'kepujian' which is something like B while the rest of my frens got 'cemerlang' which is something like A. luckily, practical work isnt that important. anyway, on the way towards my happy frens, there is this woman which i do not recognise ask me how many a's i get. i told her 7 and she was like congratulation happilly. i jus smiled back but like i said, i dun noe her.

like matt said, most of the top tens got 7 A's and 8 A's for the Islam. sadly, our class, i think less than 15 or around thre scored straight A's. a few of the top tens that didnt make it was, adrienne, eng khim and yee leng. all three of them were smart and besides, adrienne, the other two beat me down flat during normal class position. i am not sure bout yee leng but eng khim got one B for history which is something he deserves it.

history exam was terrible. insted of asking questions on history itself, they actually asked moral values which was stated in any text or reference books. and is not one or two question, but more lik 5 or 6 questions. mayb eng khim jus by luck didnt get the right answer for that stupid question. after all, i jus simply circle when come to those questions.

after the results collecting, sheng decided to celebrate at pyramid. 8 of us went all though not all of us scored straight A's. Adrienne and Marissa was amng us who did not scored straight A's. the other six was me, matthew, ryan, alan, sheng ling and yew han.
we went to kim gary and took our lunch first. me, matthew and alan shared cheese baked rice chicken chop to save our money. me and matthew shared a lychee drink oso. the rest than decided to play archery while me and matthew went to find something else to eat. after all, we ate very little compared to the rest. matt ate mcdonalds while i took wraps with a cup/glass (it was a plastic glass) of lemon tea. we then went bowling while adrienne and marissa went shopping.

bowling to me was relaxing as it is one of the few sports that dun required lot of strength and sweating. as usual, ryan and alan lead the competition battling among another. but alan the more athletic got first with ryan holding second. by luck, i was third. if i am not mistaken, matthew was fourth, sheng ling was fifth and yew han was sixth.

later we went to jco doughnut. i never tried before so i tot of buying some. me and matthew shared a box of half dozen doughnuts since we cnt eat it all anyways. i bought doughnut with the flavouring of, chunky chunky, coffee something and mango. the coffee and mango was nice except that the mango center cream is a bit too creamy. the chunky chunky was nice from the outside but inside is jus an empty dough unlike the other two. although mango is only on the top layer, but its cream made it feels like is everywhere around the doughnut.

we went home seperatly on our ways. me and alan followed matthew's dad car. i seen matt's dad before but never really talk to him. his dad is sounded very jolly and happy type of guy although he have the serios kind of face.
my family wished me congrats and so did my family frens (u guys might noe yen ling's parents which is actually a family fren of ours) who got the news through my dad. it was kinda boring cos i missed the amazing race asia 2. when i got home, i started counting the ammount of money get and used.

sum of money i used:
1) RM8 for the kim gary's food
2) Rm7 for the wraps with ice lemon tea
3) about Rm6 for bowling
4) yew han borrowed Rm2 from me
5) jco doughnuts which i payed about Rm7
(syillings is counted as Rm1)

Totaled up: about Rm30

Money left in wallet: About Rm28.

Money got from family in the meantime:
1) Grandpa: Rm10 (he is not rich by the way)
2) Auntie: Rm50
3) Dad Rm50 (for my outing to sunway today)
Totaled up: Rm110

Money earned today: Rm110 - Rm30 = Around Rm80.

that all i get for the moment. my mu said she want to belanja me eat after she get her paycheck. my dad said that he will give me Rm650 more but i dunnpe whether he is saying for real or not.
anyways, getting 7 A's really make myself happy. but with less than one week, the hard part of school have just began.

PMR Results

pmr result day is jus tomorow and once in a while i feel like acting childish to let go off the nervousity in me. i hav no idea what i will get from pn sulo but i hope it is a gud news. my target is obviosuly 7 A's but i think i can only scored at the maximum of 5 A's. i am only scare for bm and english. i wasnt scared for english usually but the exam's question is so selit belit that i got terbabas at my novel part. as for bm, well, i am jus not gud at it. it is my worst subject since standard 3. every year, i HAVE to take a bm tuiton to make sure i improve in my bm.

as for other subjects, well i think i can scored A but no 100% confident for all. maths was easy so i think can score lor. home economics or direct translation, living skills, is my ex-best subject and now my second best subject so i think can score. it wasnt that hard oso. geography is my best subject and i find the test moderately okey so hope i grab the subject in my hand easily. science, errmmm, a bit panicked lah. science is depend on the examination. some will expect us to be extreme accurate with the answers while others might just give us right as long we got the point. last is history. if i managed to score A for either bm or english, history might be the one to give me another B. just hope i dun get all 3 B's.

few weeks ago, i dreamt about getting my results and it is not pretty. i got scored only 3 A's. my bm, english, science and sejarah was B. T.T. it was a nightmare to me. i remember the feeling when i got that result. it was very dissapointing but not until i felt like suiciding of course. anyway, is jus a dream. hope it doesnt comes true.

according to my cousins, class teachers will seat in rows and students have to find their class and collected their results from the teacher desk in the sumbang sih hall. i can alredy imagined myself, lining up, waiting for my turn while pn sulo happily give the results. then when it is my turn, i took the results and walked of. slowly peeking the results...... then i stopped dreaming.

VERY KAN CHEUNG LAH!!!!! kan cheung means nervous and excited by the way. i plan to sleep early today, then wake up early, then get myself ready to jump with joy or cry alone. lol, i am being so something that i cant put a words into it. oh well. :)

good luck to all 15 year old peoples tomorow. hope u hav a wide smile when get home with the golden paper on your hand!!

Merry Christmas

i am not sure about u guys but this is one of my best christmas ever. many things happened, some is fun and some is totally boring. but i spent all of my time without feeling a slight of 'what to do'. my day started at 11pm on the christmas eve. i started creating a poem to send to frens on christmas. i only managed to send to alan, ryan and matthew. i couldnt reach sheng ling, eng khim and the rest cos i dun hav ur number for the moment (new hp new number new book list). anyway, i will post the poem at the end of this post.

at about 12am we started opening our presents. most of my guesses are right. thoroughly, i am quite happy with the presents this year compared to last year which was a ty but i dun need it presents. a few of the presents i could remember from last year and did not appeal to me:

1) eragon novel, i watched the movie d so when read it not so nice.

2) boogle, my sis got the same set and we seldom play it.

3) clothings, not to my taste.

this year's presents from first to last:

first place: digital camera of course.

second place: a t shirt from jeans studio.

third place: a bag, now i got two nice bag to choose to be my school bag.

fourth place: doraemon comic, long time never read, kinda miss it.

fifth place: glass dolphin decoration.

sixth place: a t shirt which is designed to be inside out.

seventh place: a novel with very small wordings. it is called the pawn of prophecy.

we bought the christmas tree few days ago and filled it up with presents and now is back to empty. so sad. at 1pm, we went to hav our lunch in grand session hotel in kl. like all buffet, the food there is only moderate. a few of the food that i like there are:

1) chocolate cake

2) mussel

3) mint ice cream

4) sotong ball

5) tuna tart

the rest is okey onlylah. the price was rm40++ per person so after lunch, i estimate the amount of the food i ate totalled up together and it was about RM38. okeylah, didnt sit pun. we ate until 3pm then left to visit my mother's cousin. that was boring. i jus sat there watching some hong kong donation program 2 years ago.

at 4.30pm we went home and reach there at 5pm. since is a holiday and i am at home, i get to watch the amaing race 12 today. the episode was quite exiting as the position always criss cross among another. kynt and vyksin almost out but they didnt, YAY! i wan the grandpa grandson to out first. lol. they got first insted thanks to the tatoo fastfoward. (sry to those who i might hav spoiled the results)

at 6 o clock, i get myself ready and took a jog, 2 rounds around the east side USJ16 housing area. long time never jog i dun actually felt like it but my dad said that i must after the buffet. so i took the jog unwillingly. at me second round, completing 3/4 of the jog, the rain poured heavily suddenly. for a VERY long time, i started sprinting towards home. the rain felt kinda nice actually. anyway, i felt really happy when i was sprinting cos i really enjoying running at my full might but seldom get to do it cos no proper point. thats is why i like amazing race teen edition. get to run as fast as i can. so it felt very satisfiying.

i took a bath and had a sort of christmas dinner:

1) Garment ham

2) Chinese style salad

3) Mashed poatato

4) Eggs

the food was filling cos the garment ham is quite thick. later, for sort of desert, i ate the free christmas chocolate i got from subang parade. i took two of it with the shape of a snowman and a candycane. i oso ate my second gingerbread man in my life. the first time i ate it i dont really like it cos i hate ginger. now, it taste okey. quite nice, the ginger not so strong.

my christmas poem:

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

THE SUMMER HAD LEAVE

ARRIVE THE CHRISTMAS EVE

LEFT ONE MORE DAY

BEFORE 'MERRY CHRISTMAS' IS SAY

FAMILY GROUP TOGETHER

A TRADITION THAT LASTED FOREVER

WAITING FOR THE TIME

TO STRIKE WITH A CHIME

THEY CELEBRATE WITH CHEERS

PRESENTS, CAKES AND BEERS

BLESSING EACH OTHER

WISHING AMONG ANOTHER

FROM FATHER TO MOTHER

FROM BROTHER TO SISTER

MAY YOU WISH ONE DAY COME TRUE

MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM ME TO YOU

Second Christmas Tree

my family finally bought a proper christmas tree which is about 3 feet tall. our original christmas tree is a small tree from langkawi alredy decorated and create music when u turn it. bcos of its size, me and my sis were not very pleased with it except that it is cute and a good tradision. we went carefour today and saw everything was on sale including the chirstmas tree. 3 feet tall christmas tree only at the price rm2. the taller wan is rm7 but we dont need a big tree in a hse so we bought the little one.

we bought along ornaments which again, was very cheap. we bought a box of silver stars christmas ornaments with the price rm2 and a long christmas thingy that u surround the christmas tree for oso at the price rm2. we didnt buy anymore as we were in a slight hurry and too lazy to pick.

at home, i was the one who set it up. harder than i tot it would be. it is not that hard actually but i hate those pricks of the leaves when i tried to put the branch into the hole and something else very confusing if i told u.

we then decorated it with the ornaments. it looked okey for a beginner christmas tree decorater. the tree was done and we surrounded it with 13 of our (alredy guessed) christmas presents.

Music Test

Yesterday, me, my elder cousin sister, YiLian and my sis, went to hav lunch together at Park Way which recently i found out it means 100 Ways. anyway, after lunch, i told my cousin to fetch me to my school for awhile to buy my remaining school exercise books. from there, me, my sis and my cousin drived us to a music centre called Play By Ear at ss18. actually it is called playbyear which i prounced it play b year.

anyway, my cousin wanted to attend the course cos she had a dream to be a musician and this centre will teach student from age 7 to 80 how to play music only by using ur ear, fingers, 'heart', and ur instrument. he, Alex, the founder of the play by ear said that he hav to run a test first to see where you stand. so, he said that since me and my sis are there too, he told us to take the test as well.

we r started by given a clip board with some forms on it as the front page. we just have to filled it completely first. once finishe he will ask us a few question. all i can remember is that he ask what instrument we played before.

my cousin answered organ, my sis answered piano and i jus told him that i got no experience in music industry except for recorder if u count it. im not sure how to spell recorder but it is the the pipe music instrument some of us might learn it during schooling years.

later than, he brought us to the audio room. he test us with a few things. first is singing to see whether do we get the tone right. we have to sing happy birthday according to the way he played it with his organ. me and my cousin scored 100 but my sis took 85.

the second test what to recognise the tone to see whether it suits the happy birthday song. me and my sis get 65 only while my cousin scored 85.

third was to see our flexibility of our finger by trying to use the fingers. i cnt see the way they pin point the marks but based on the records, i did the worst. my sis obviously scored full correct cos she take piano lesson and my cousin was just between us. the fourth was memory. he gave us a line of number and we have to remember it. i scored 80 all together, my cousin took 100 and my sis got 70.

the fifth is to merge our happy birthday song and clap into the beat while it is beating. it sounded easy but it is not. i got 75, my sis got 80 and my cousin got 85.

i remember there is one more test but i cnt remember. later they brought us to the meeting room. it feels kinda okward to be so young in a meeting room. this is my first time in my life to sit around a long table facing the projector screen like some advertisment manager with a clip board in ur hand. the show was aboslutely boring. they told us things we knew they are gonna say.

like we teach people not by notes, hav to use the feeling, we got lots of students and bla bla bla. the only few things that caught my eyes was tun mahathir's wife was in the course before and graduated once she reached level 2. then there is also that alex, was in the malaysia book of records in the most pianist in a wedding (his wedding) party.

they told us then that we hav a music camp and a few more info which i am too lazy to place it down in this post. anyway, it sounded fun but i dun think any of us will be joining the course. the reason is very simple, it is RM2286.70 for only 20 lessons of 45 minutes each. i find it not worth it but my sis and my cousin kept saying that it is.

obviously, none of our parents agreed with it.

Hari Raya Haji

Hari Raya Haji

if u read my previous post, i stated that i am having a hari raya haji party with my ho side of the family. when i first heard it from my mum, i tot that it will be a party that my uncles hold for his malays frend and brought us along but apparently she corrected me and said that it will only be us and the. so it is a hari raya haji party with no malays.

again, i had no idea why they have it in the first place but my mum told me to pretend it as a one day holiday for the working people. we arrived at my uncle's hse at puchong as the last family to arrive. we then gave them their christmas present and started chit chatting. once most of the dinning table seats are emptied, me, my family and the host and hostess family begun eating. not much of a malay style than i expected actually. a few dish that i could remember is:

1: Fried rice
2: Fried chicken wing
3: Fried Mee
4: Baked floured prawn
5: Homemade bread
6: Curry chicken
7: Broccoli with clamp or something related to the seashells family.

the food was reasonable nice but my dad didnt really like the friend rice cos he thinks that putting jagung in a rice is not very appetizing but i find it okey. after dinner, my family spent their time chatting about stuff i didnt care. i didnt chat much cos i got not much topic to talk wif the aunties and uncles and me and my cousins arent that close except for my youngest cousin but i dun really enjoy mixing with him much. from my previous post, i told u that he is really rough.

speaking of my youngest cousin, he and his family did some funny things on christmas gift. whatever they bought they wrapped it with christmas wrappers for the sake of fun. including his school bags, books, pieced of card and more. thats why their christmas tree is full of presents from people and from themselves.

while the elders were chatting, i watched the ant bully which was previewing in HBO channel. although i watched the show before but i didnt want to miss watching a HBO show since myself dun hav that channel.

we were the last family to leave and said our goodbyes to my uncles than we head of.

Christmas Shopping with Family

Christmas Shopping With Family

i jus finished temaning my family do their christmas shopping, actually, my mum is the one doing it. my dad tag along for fun i guess. my sis didn't as she went to audition with my cousins (the cheong side) in some music company called SM Town from South Korea.

i wasnt intrested and i cant sing or dance or model or compose song so i didnt went for it. my mum want to buy gifts for 3 of my cousins from the Ho side of the family, her sister and her mum. we start of with an easy one at a toy shop in USJ16 to buy a toy for my youngest ho cousin.

it was quite easy to buy for him since toy is his fav subject. my mum bought for him a robot that dance, walk and shoot sponge disc. my dad made a guess that he will one day he will either destroy it or replace the sponge disc with something more lethal. is not a surprise for my dad to say that. u see everytime he get something, one day he will secretly take his father's screwdriver and start dismantle it for the sake of fun. fyi, he is only standard 2 this year (2007).

if the toy is unlucky, it might not even survive till next month with such a vulnerable robot that is fragile. believe it or not, he manage to break a piece of lego cube into half (according to my sis). i got no idea how but it is true. he oso got this gun that shoots soft sponge ball and last month, he replaced it with hard solid marbles. luckily, his parent manage to tell him not aim it at people.

we then head to world of sports in subang parade. my mum bought two t shirts there. blue mizona for my form 5 cousin, and a hush puppies yellow t shirt for my college cousin. it didnt ACTUALLY took long but my dad suddenly caught a hush puppies shirt that he like. slowly 'the' shirt became three shirts. and he have to try every single size. so we wait. while my dad was trying clothings, i kind of like a few t shirts from the mizona department but very expensive. one is a hundred and sixty ringgit, while the other two it ninety nine ringgit and forty six ringgit. my mum wanted to buy the forty ringgit cos is not that expensive plus 30% discount. but my mum said that wait first cos she still got a few more christmas presents.

we headed to caring, body shop and yves something but couldnt find anything for my aunt and grandma. then on our way to parkson, we stopped by at a promtion booth. my mom bought a set of body thingy. it contains, green tea perfume, green tea body lotion and green tea body wash.

we stooped for awhile and ate 1901 to have a light lunch as we have to save some space in our stomach for our hari raya haji dinner with my uncles (i got no idea why they suddenly want to celebrate hari raya haji but my mum said to us to pretend as a 1 day holiday celebration for them) and unties from the ho side of the family.

my mum than splitted to parkson, my dad sat down on a couch which he eventually fell asleep and i went to speedy and mph. just browsed round but didnt buy anything. when i was back, my mum told me that she circled around subang parade but couldnt find anything and told me that my dad sort of got scolded by the guard for sleeping at the public resting couch.

before we went home, i redeemed a free christmas chocolate from the info counter as every receipt accumulated until it reaches rm150 will get a free box of chocolate. there iis only 6 pieces but the design is cute. each six picture represents diffrent christmas element, santa, reindeer, christmas tree, forsty, christmas angel and candy cane.

we stopped by at a boutique in taipan later on to buy a shirt for my grandma. i recommend to my mum a red and white silk chinese style blouse and a black sliglthy modern style blouse. my mom took a long time guessing which one to pick. she picked the red and white at first and try it on the very friendly indonesian salesgirl since she and my grandma are about the same size.

she was very happy and jolly and socialble. my mum then picked the black one insted and bought it. once out of the shop i told my mum that the salesgirl, is jolly, hyper, happy and extremly talkative.

well, the christmas shopping is done. YAY!!!

Old Favourites

is been so long since the last time i ever thought about pokemon. i remember when i was young, i am totally crazy about it including the cartoon series, cards, games and movies. i even collected their stickers. but all those memories had been put aside for quite long. i recently start playing my cousin's gameboy which contains a save data of my pokemon adventure long time ago. seeing nothing do to, i tot of jus continue playing it. i noe i am being childish, lol.

i noticed that i havent won the league yet although i had beaten the elite four (some of u guys might not now what i am talking about) so i continue from there. long time never played loosen my skills at it as it was extremely tough to beat the elite four champion aka gary oak. i had to restart the game when i lost to make sure that my points didnt go any lower (if u close the game before saving it, it will return to the previous saved location). my second time was okey although i still have to admit is hard to even go through gary second's pokemon, alakazam ( psychic pokemon).

my list of my league pokemons were:
Blastoise (a hard shelled turtle, best attack: hydro pump)
Raichu (an electrical mouse, best attack: thunder)
Kadabra (younger version of Alakazam, best attack: psychic)
Farfetch D (a bird with a leak as a weapon, best attack: razor wind)
Graveler (a stone man, best attack: earthquake)
Venomoth (an oversized moth, b est attack: toxic)

i managed to beat him. YAY! lol. i noe i am being very childish but i am bored to death. and since i am still bored, i will list to you gary's league pokemons:

Pigeot (a giant bird, best attack: wing attack)
Alakazam (psychic man, best attack: psychic)
Rhydon (a standing rhino, best attack: horn drill)
Gyarados (a giant sea dragon, best attack: hyper beam)
Arcanine (a fiery tiger-dog, best attack: flame thrower)
Venosaur (a giant flower, best attack: solarbeam)

i stopped playing once i defeated him but i got bored again so i played again, against the league again but with a diffrent batch of pokemon except for blastoise, he is my fav (im being so kiddy).

new batch:
Blastoise
Mewtwo (legendary psychic master, best attack: psychic)
Marowak (mother dinosaur with a bone as a weapon, best attack: bonemerang)
Ditto (a genetic cell that morph itself into its opponent, best and only attack: transform)
Chansey (a nurse with an egg in its pocket, best attack: double edge and softboiled)
Parasect (a giant mushroom-insect, best attack: slash)

well thats all. nothing to talk now. so sad. boring lah. i feel like blogging but dun noe whut to blog. well, anyway, playing pokemon brings back old memories.

Asian Idol

Asian Idol

Asian Idol just ended and the result is like what simon cowell will say, horrible!. the competition was between 6 first idols from their country, Mau Marsela from Philippines, Jaclyn Victor from Malaysia, Mike Mohade from Indonesia, Hady Mirza from Singapore, Phuang Vee from Vietnam and Abejeet from India.

based on my opinion, jaclyn is the strongest singer, mau has the most husky voice, mike is the best, hady doesnt deserve to be a singaporean idol at all, phuang vee had the most classic voice and abejeet, well i dun really get to hear his voice as i only listen to one song he sang only which is the juru sumthing like that lah and the song didnt really bring him out.

my family thinks that mike will win hands down but i support jac anyway, after all, she is a malaysian. malaysian won the first amazing race asia and the malaysia must win the first asian idol too. here is the list of who i think deserve to win from first to last:

1) Mike Mohade
2) Jaclyn Victor
3) Mau Marsela
4) Phuang Vee
5) Abejeet
6) Hady Mirza

however i was wrong way away. hadi mirza was the first asian idol and my whole family was like OMG!!! of all person, hady! the one who even daniel the 2nd malaysian idol can beat him. my dad says that he got the looks which attract girls but how bout phuang vee? she is pretty. then there is abejeet. much better looking than that hady guy. plus, his country is the smallest!!!!

well, i told my cousin about it and my cousin alredy said in a way, it is expected. she that most people would wan their country to win. so thinking that their country will win and since they hav to pick 2 country, they decided to pick their country and the worst contestant which is non other than hady.

for example, i wan jaclyn victor to win but the rules said that we hav to vote two people. but i am afraid that if i vote for mike who is so great at singing, will grab more chance to win. i tot of voting for jaclyn and hady since i think not many people will vote for him.so if people from all around asia did the same as i did eventually hady grab more votes by being a loser. there is a saying, when 2 great party fights, is the the third party who wins. my sis made an assumption that hady is the winner by being a loser.

Alvin and the Chipmunks

i am officially broke. i have used up all my last month allowance. i planned to save it to go out wif ryan, matthew, sheng and the rest. but when i found out they want to go midvalley, well i dun wan to go anymore. so i decided to jus use the money to watch a movie with my cousins. is a very rare case for the four us to go an watch a movie in a all cousin group. we only did it once so this is the second. my second cousin, yimei, actually werent joining us but she said she got nothing to do so she tag along. however she was unprepared so she only wore her gym clothes from cheerleading class.

we went to summit yesterday at about 8.30pm and went straight to the cinema right after dinner at my grandma's hse. i wanted to watch golden compass at first but after hearing sheng and matt saying how bored is it, i dun wan to waste my last outing money on some boring shows. so i decided to watch my 2 cousins and my sister watch alvin and the chipminks. the movie starts at 9pm and there were still many seats when we arrived there to buy the tickets.

the show was a bit unbelievable when comes to talking chipmunks but is nice. they are so darn cute especially the fat green sweatered chipmunk named thedore which is the voice of the unexpected, jesse mccartney. thedore is the most innocent and the paling manja. there a are a few scenes that is funny about him but i dun feel like writing it all down. the other two chipmunks is the cool leader red sweatered chipmunk named Alvin (voice of Justin Long) and the smart blue sweatered chipmink named Simon (voice of Matthew Gray Gubbler).

the story begins when their house (a tree) was chopped and turn into a christmas tree in a music recording company with boss named Ian. Dave, a music producer so kebetulan went to Ian to show him his new song which eventually was rejected. the chipmunks followed him home and scared Dave to death. Sooner, Dave found out that the chipmunks were gifted with the ability to talk and sing extremelly well. he wanted to show Ian but due to stage fright, alvin and his gangs did not sing. the chipmunks also ruin his second job by drawing on his paper work which will be show to advertisers and got fired.
the chipmunks felt sorry and repaired it by singing infront of Ian and from there all the glory was given to Alvin and his gang along with Dave. Sooner, Dave found out that Ian was doing abit too much on the chipmunks saying that they are jus kids. Ian made all sorts of tricks to grab the chipmunks away from Dave. than the stories goes on how Dave saved the chipmunks and they live happily ever after.
like i said, it is lightly unbelievable but the show is nice. comedy is almost everywhere. one of my fav was when dave scolded thedore and made him shit on the sofa. Simon tried to protect theodre and said it was raisin. dave told him to prove it and simon unwillingly placed it in his mouth causing dave to shut his mouth and walked of. simon spit it out immeadiately and said thedore, "you owe me big time'. is sounded boring here, i noe but actionas speak loder than words. the cinema was pack and everyone was laughing and giggling. u should watch it.
here is the original sypnopsis based on IMDB:

Three lively singing chipmunk brothers, Alvin - the unchained leader, Simon - the genius, and the tender rotund Theodore are living their lives in the forest storing nuts away for the winter when one day their tree is cut down and carried off into the city to become a Christmas tree. They must find a new home and they end up at Daves house. The only thing that makes them different is that they can talk and even sing. Dave Seville (Jason Lee) is a struggling song writer who has a great idea about making the chipmunks a new show act, singing his songs. The only thing is that you must remember is that they are chipmunks and they act like chipmunks by tearing up Daves house and interrupting his love life. David will adopt the Chipmunks taking care of them as lovely father and manager of their famous rock band. The chipmunks become a big hit and superstars with cute voices and fancy dance moves. The record company executive Ian (David Cross) sees big money in his future and takes over the act and pushes Dave to the side. Dave must try to save his little family before they becomes a show biz disaster.

New HP

:: Posted by - blogbyyongming :: Category -

1 step backward, 2 steps front

although i noe is not nice to say that u r happy that u lost your hp but i jus cnt hide the feeling that i am slightly happy i lost my hp. the reason i said so is bcos i got a new hp. much cheaper and much better. like i told u in my previous post, i wanted to buy a second hand hp worth less than rm250. and i did. im not sure the model but it is panasonic. i noe the brand sounded ciplak but is better than my old wan.

i almost made a wrong decision while choosing the hp. i wanted to choose a german hp, black and white wordings with colored background, called alcate. is suppose to be a betterhp compared to nkoia cos it last long but not user friendly that why is not famous in malaysia. it cos rm150. the desgin was silver and it is a flip phone. i wanted to choose until i saw another flip phone cost 280. becos the boss is my grandfather's friend and so kebetulan my granddad is there, he gave us discount which eventually make the phone price to rm200 only.

i decided to pick the panasonic since it got more function and the price isnt that of a diffrence. this is why i think my new phone is better than my old phone:

1) camera and video clearer

2) sound recording is longer

3) free nice dlw music

4) support GPRS so GPRS is free

5) nicer colour, (is a mixture of purple, red and brown)

6) auto flip

7) cheaper

8) famous for Jay Chou promoting it 2 years ago, i noe it is very long,

why i prefer my old phone:

1) a gift from my uncle from trinidad and tabago

2) no flip, no slide, more convenient to answer

3) much branded

4) more function like, wallet, countdown, stopwatch (although i am not sure whether my new phone hav a not)

5) famous for being the first nokia camera phone.

6) the skin is still prefect, my new one is slighlty old

when come to close look, is sure to say that my old phone is in a better condition but when come to better looking, my new phone win hands down. compared to u guy's phone is no match lah but whut do u expect from a rm200 hp include free Digi prepaid card (i wanted maxis but dun hav and since they r giving free, myself take lah. when got money then only i might consider changing it).

Mandarin Class

Mandarin Class Exam

mandarin class exam jus finished. i didnt realy study that hard on it but during the exam, it was kinda scary. five us were told that there will be 3 subjects and it will be total up for the final percentage. the first was ting xia, spelling. spelling for 103 words. the most i hav ever did in my entire life.

i tot i did okey but eventually i got LOTS of minor wrong. ryan got first with 96/103. i was second wif 92. chi wai's mum got 3rd while ek wif 4th and chi wai last.

next exam was jotting down the meaning. we r started with 103 mandarin words in a piece of paper. we then have to translate it to tell the meaning. after that, another 25 words with combined mandarin words and we hav to tell the meaning. the exam was quite easy, as i scored with only 4 wrongs in total. i think i got the highest.

the next was the most challenging for me. it was reading and pronunciations. i always got a problem with pronouncing it. plus, it was a one on one in the office room. ryan was called first while the rest of us waited. it was like harry potter and the order of phoenix (in the book) where during the Oridnary Wizarding Level exam. harry potter and the rest were called one by one to the office. chi wai's mum was next, followed up by eng khim, me was third and chi wai is last.

after the whole thing, ig to the total of 10 wrong. giving me 93/103 points. ryan and chi wai's mum was first scoring only 4 wrongs. ek was second with 6 wrongs. i was third and chi wai again was last with 20 wrongs.

Tecaher Sam which we only call him sam totalled up but i didnt see all. i think ryan got first place, i was second, chi wai's mum as third, ek grabbed 4th with chi wai last but again, i am not sure. next week, we will proceed to level 2. here are the words we hav to learn in level 1. it will b long so u can skip the whole thing if u one. there are 03 all together.

My First Digital Camera

i finally got my first digital camera!!! actually is a family camera but who cares. is a sort of xmas present from my dad. we bought in carefour for only RM379. it was in a stock clearance so we got a sale. the brand is Panasonic Lumix LS70. It ot 7.2 megapixels but sadly it can only store 18 pictures without memeory card but my dad jus bought it yesterday. 2Gig for Rm90.

we bought it in Summit. in summit, there is oso a sale for digital camera. so my mum went and check it out. she saw the exact model of our digital camera. this is the conversation:

Mum (pick up the camera): How much is this camera?

Salesgirl: Very cheap only. Is only RM699.

Mum: I only bought it for 379 at carefour.

Salesgirl: That is old model.

how dumb can a person be. my mum already told her that she bought IT for how much and yet she wan to fight it. but my mum isnt the must win type of person so she jus smile and walk away.

the camera got normal function like all other digital camera so it was nothing speacial about it. since my dad bought for me n my sis a camera, we tot of buying him back a xmas present. we bought for him a ginseng drink with a ginseng in it as well (my dad sort of like to try ginseng. ginseng is very expensive and healthy) all the way from korea we oso bought a pocket mirror bag all the way from china. both oso quite cheap. after all, this is xmas n we dun really celebrate xmas technically.

i still havent buy any present for my sis yet. i dunnoe whut to buy for her. gif me idea plz... btw, im going to an xmas dinner with my matenal side of my family on xmas day. xmas event came to my maternal side through my aunt. my maternal side are all buddhist and my granma is from shanghai. so last time, we dun celebrate it. until my aunt came in who is a christian started exchanging presents. so to make it more polite, we exchange presents too, that how xmas is brought to my Ho side of the family.

Christmas Shopping

Christmas Shopping

for the first time in my life, i went christmas shopping with someone not my family. i went wif sheng and ryan. however, it wasnt me or sheng who did the shopping. ryan was the one looking for presents for his family in sunway.

ryan kept reminding me that it is boring but actually i dun really find it that boring. is quite fun looking for things that is hard to find. is jus like amazing race as i said before. only insted of running, we walk like hell and insted of searching for clues we search for presents insted. the hardest was to find his mother's gift. he wanted to buy a fruit fork his mom but couldnt find the right one which his mother like.

he wanted to buy a pair shoes but i think it was not in stock or sumthing and then he tried to buy a bottle facial sumthing. apparantly, is way over his budget. we got to places quite fast thanxs to sheng who technically memorized every shop in the sunway.

the only thing hated about the trip is finding a shop that sells reload credit. sunway is well known for everything in everywhere. yet, only one shop in the whole entire sunway sells maxis reload credit. it jus doesnt seems to be sunway at all.

we went to many shops and stalls until i couldnt count anymore. one of the few i remembered is memory lane, parkson, seed, mph, a toy stall and sum others. i had to leave early cos my dad and mum doesnt like me going out too long. i got a feeling they dun like me going too often also.

so i think the golden compass trip would be the last for me unless they hav it in klcc or midvalley.those r the few places i dun like to go. the last time i went there, my leg got extremly tired. plus, there is nothing for me there. most things in midvalley is girl stuff like boutique, accesories, hand bags and lots more.

Total Woody

Total Woody

i got nothing much happening around me so i am just gonna blog what i discovered these few days. is about my hse. my father who is a totally freak about woods had just turned our living room to be made of almost entirely wood. of course the wood is not those old ciplak type you see in school. the woods are all craved and expensive types of wood. Almost everything in the hse is made of wood and i just realised it.

u might ask how come i jus realised it when i hav stayed here for about 5 years or so. well, my dad change it bit by bit and the wood colour are not dark brown. some is beige. plus the non-wood furniture like the cushions, television, curtains occupied more space. but lets face it, there is no such thing as wooden cushions or wooden televisions.

Our drawers and decorations cupboards are firstly made of fine wood, nothing special in that. our television table, radio stand are alsoe made of wood. coffee table, stool, classical chairs are all made of wood. the door, mirror, letter stand (i am not sure what isit call but it is a small compartment to put letters) are made of wood. the center table is wooden as well. the chinese table thingy where they put the statue of god (i forgot whut isit call) is also wood. even our clock is wooden. lastly, the piano, piano stool, phone table and personal tables are all wood. and although our outdoor gate is not wood, but early this year (it was post in my blog sumwhere), my father told me to repaint it into brown woody colour.

i should be proud of my dad collections as wood is getting more and more expensive, but it jus seems funny that my hse is turning into woods. even my room is half wooden. like my study table, drawers, door, stool and cupboard. the only thing that is not made of wood is my bed, chair and my clothes hanger.

the only few rooms that is not 50% wooden is the stor room, kitchen, computer room (although the stretch of the table is wooden) and the garden itself.

Warning, Especially Ryan and Matthew

malaysian government had finally decided to fine RM250,000 to does who dwl music, videos, pictures illegally. when i said illegally, i meant more than just selling those dwl stuff or dwl pornografic materials. any dwl from limewire, ares, bearshare and ect. will be detected and get fine. for those who refused to pay the fine, well, an empty cell is waiting.
since u guys r my fren and although sumof u guys have read the newpaper, but i think is better to warn my frens to those who skip the news. for more info, u guys can check the star newspaper on the 5 and 6 of december.
u guys might think that malaysian's rules r too strict, but jus for u guys to know, malaysian goverment got this idea from america. they had started this alredy. their first capturee was a 10 year old boy. they wanted to fine him 500,00 us dollars but seeing he is jus a kid they fine him 10,000 us dollar.
so for those who enjoyed dwl free stuff, as far as i noe, matt and ryan are the one who dwl the most, well, u guys hav to watch or hear it through, imeem, youtube, dailymotion, yahoo, msn or just plain cd's and radio.

Old Friends

Old Friends

I have met a few old friends this 3 years. Some of them are close and some aren't. some i dreaded to meet them. a few of them which i manage to meet them and exchange a few words is .one of them, is the 'Wilson'. the reason i put the 'the' cos he is the person i wish i could jus forget and vice versa.
u guys may think i am mean but trust me, u du not want to hang out with him. more over he is well known for the title, crybaby. not only in my school, but sri kl as well (according to matthew). i met him during my second year in primary school. he is very lonely and quiet (for a reason) so i decide to be friends with him. and i regret it. as far as i remember, he do things that makes his social ladder fall. his mouth talks like his eyes is made of diamonds, his breath is tinkerbell's dust and his whole body is made of gold. he is so irratating that no ones except me actually be friends with him. and the reson i said so is becos i am the only person he invited on his birthday party (btw, his birthday is on the 31 of october although according to him, his actual birthdate is 1st january). he left the very next year which is like phew.
i met him back this year in tuiton. when he came to the class, i recognise that face and i was like trying to hide my face form him. he then took the seat beside me n i start to freak. later, my best tuiton friend came to class and took the seat beside me which evetually split me and wilson. but then..., my friend, daniel, apparently is a close firend of wilson. which eventually he intoduced each other and the phrase begin, 'hi! long time no see' and i was thinking, 'and i could wait longer'. he couldnt stop bragging about how great during primary school he is where he do this and that while i do this and that which i had no image of it. i mean, if i almost fell on to the largest longkang in ss19, i would remember but i didnt. and everyday he will say 'my handphone is so chun' and 'did u noe, i got chase by dogs everyday.n i hav to run and yadayadayada'. hearing a chicken claking all day is better.
the 2nd old friend i met during my secondary school is cindy yong yung xi. one of the most poplar girl during my year. abit bitchy here and there and it seems like she took her pretty face a bit for granted. i met her 2 times in this 3 years. one is when my sis went for her sis birthday party (they r clos friends) and i manage to get a glimps of her through the car window while dropping my sis of. we just gave each other a slight wave. the 2nd time was during this year hari keluarga in school. im not sure she recognise me or not as i was wearing my sunglasses (most of u noe y). anyway, we chat for awhile (as in buiseness talk about selling my class' stuff to her).
number 3 goes to arvind. i only met him once and i du not wan to meet him again. the last time we went for an outing, he run like a jacoon. running here and there becos of a pokemon EX card which i bought it. i ws so embarassed that i actually hide at the corner while he play catch me if u can. this year which is recently, he invited me and ryan to go on an outing again. as u guys noe, i am not allowed to go out until december so i use that reason to avoid him.
beside the, i oso met ignatius, ignatious, ignatios or sumthing like that. he is one of my closest friend in primary but honestly i dun really think he notice me much in school unless he need my help (fyi, i tink he is one of the popular guys) which made me a bit surprise he actually remember me and my name. we met 2 times this year. one in the arcade at sunway. i think ek and alan ws with me that time. we jus hav a short chat and i noticed he had pierced his ear, which is a bit suspected and abit not. according to him, his mother ask him to pierce. weird rite. recenlty, i met him at my housing area, usj16. i was kinda shock seeing him. i was sitting in a car while he was walking. we manage to gave each other a shock glance and gave a wave. i think he might live either near or at usj16.
last but not least, natalie. 'wu' as in not 'tai'. i only met her once but we only said 'hi'. i became close friends starting from standard 5 where we join the same 2 tuiton in standard 5 and six. we r also classmates although we dun speak to each other much in class. however, in tuiton i think we got along okey. she is also the only girl in our bm hse tuiton. me, lau jun and natalie were close friends as in the tuiton, we r the one in the same school (i think arvind is in too). even our parents talk to each through phone exchanging information about tuitons and stuff like that. we met outside of macdonals at ss10 aka taipan. she was headin to her tuiton i think while i jus came out from mcdonalds. we gave each other a suspicious look before saying hi then we split.
this are the five people of my primary friend that we met after we split in our primary years.

here is another post of being stuck at home. i noe most of u might say, 'not again' but i hav to post something before u guys say, 'dead blog'. so here goes a little boring post about me and my grandma hse. actually for the first time, i wasnt bored at my grandma hse on thursday.
as soon as my dad drop me and my sis there, i jus went to sleep immediately. p.s, i sleep at about 1 sumthing and force to wake up at 8.30 so i am tired. i woke up at about 11 sumthing then i join my cousin and my sis chit chat. i dun think u might be intrested in whut we chit chat (although u might) so lets skip that part. the chit chat part was fun as the topic is in a way quite intresting.
at about 1, we went out for lunch. my cousin and sis wants to eat pan mee (plank noodles in direct translations) but i dread it. i kinda dun like pan mee as i hate thinks floury noodles. however, pan mee is very famous among the chinese and a restaurant in ss19/6 is famous for it. we went there and my cousin and my sis ordered two bowl of pan mee soup. i however went to ordered chak fan (im not sure whut u call it in english but is sumthing like chinese buffet. they give u a plate of rice then u take ur own dish). i finished my rice before my cousin and sis food even arrive (there are lots of people you see).
from there, we continue to chit chat at the restaurant. our topic was random and again u wont be intrested to listen to whut we chat, rite? we reached home at about 2.10. all of us including my grandma, then decided to watch a vcd or dvd. after searching for a rite movie that suits everyone's taste, we finally decided to watch What a Girl Wants, starring Amanda Bynes and Colin Firth.
the show was nice and times passes quickly. Daphne, a free-spirited American 17-year-old (Amanda Bynes) raised by her equally free-spirited mother goes to England to establish a relationship with her father (Colin Firth), who turns out to be a prominent political figure heavily involved in social customs. Daphne must attempt to fit in with the social requirements demanded of her, while also getting to know her father, dealing with his territorial other daughter, and maintaining her own self-identity.
thats mainly the point of the movie. i didnt get to watch the last 2 minutes ending or so as i hav to leave to mandarin class. mandarin was okey too. we finally finished the level 1 syllabus by be able to read 8 nursery mandarin books tittled:
1) Bounce Ball (Pai Qiu)
2) Look at Flower (Kan Hua)
3) Lets Draw (Hua Hua)
4) Parents (Ba Ma)
5) Small Fishes (Siow Yu)
6) Small Flowered Cat (Siow Hua Mou)
7) Family (Jia)
8) Seaside (Hai Bian)
i noe it sounded childish but whut do u expect from level one. the tuiton ended at 6 then i headed home. supposely, my mom is suppose to fetch me back home but due to the heavy rain, we stop at my grandma hse. we hav our lunch then we head home.
then we watch show, i play comp, then go to sleep. is was a good day i suppose although some of u might find it boring. but if u were stuck in a hse with nothing to do all day, this is consider good. anyway, on that day i came across this question, "So are you ready for school?" the answer is no. i may be bored to death now, but i am not desperate to be entertained with new subjects that will just blow my head off.
thats it for now. nothing much to talk. btw, my mom got her first pay check, so myself will gain a bit of money for next outing with my frens in december. :)

Amazing Race Asia 2

The Amazing Race Asia Season 2 had started!! as usual, the show was nice and exciting. as expected, i will only surport malaysians first, Pamela and Vanessa, Anne and Dianne. if both were eliminated, then only i will consider other teams. Anyway, the first episode make malaysians proud as vanessa and pamela check in as team number 1 while anne and dianne took third place. not bad rite!!!

its actually luck for anne and dianne cos adrian and collin should hav get the third place first. but their taxis dun noe y brought them back to the airport when they r suppose to check in to the pit stop at some fort in philliphines.

there are 2 tems of malaysians, 2 teams of singaporean, 2 teams of philliphines (as guess this time, the both philliphines will do better than the philliphines in season 1) and 1 team from hong kong, japan, thailand and indonesia.

the only part i find it disgusting is eating the balut eggs. is pure ughh!! is also mean. plus, the malaysian star, Vince's sisters find it delicious. they gobbled down the food so quickly. the chongs also hav bad english dialects (i think this is the spelling). they may look pretty from the outside but their mouth are pure malasyian with all the aiyoh, lah, and ect.

anyway, i joined the amazing race online using my mum's account, (must be 18 years ). although i cnt fake it but i dun feel like it. i might win the prize and they might disqualified me if they found out im only 15. matthew said the game is boring, but i think is okey. get to win 3 grand prize and 4 constelation prizes.

thats all for now. Support Vanessa and Pamela along with Anne and Dianne!

Listen

try listening to this song and what do you think about the singer through his/her voice.

believe or not the voices is from singers that don't exist, not technically at least. the actual song (and voice) is from a group of korean girls call SNSD. the boy version is just computer made by changing the real voice of the girls version by someone i don't know. here is the original song

so which do you prefer more? the ori girl voice, or the computer based on the girl's voice version?

Deeparaya Celebrations

USJ16 Deeparaya & Official Guard House Opening Celebration

my housing area USJ16, had laucnhed a party in the USJ16 headquarters (which is also a gazebo) and invited a politician that in charge of USJ16, some other area and Puchong. anyway, the party is organized for the official opening our guard house and at the same time, we celebrate deeparaya as well, although most people who attend were chinese.
here is a short history of my area's guard house. non of u guys came to my hse before recently so u had never seen our guard house. it was rated best resident guard house in subang. it is made of an expensive wood called chengmai or somesort, and it was shaped of a small hut, rather than just a table with umbrella and a plastic chair like most malaysian's guard house. and every special occasion (chinese new year, christmas, hari raya and deeparaya), the BOD of usj16 will decorate the guard house. the best so far was during last year hari raya, where they stabbed torches on to the ground besides the road. at night it will be light. so when before we came to our area, we was surrounded by lighted torches which is very nice.
this year, it was kinda plain, just a few big ketupats hanged on the guard house. anyway, the guard house was so nice that it almost didnt last due to some goverment saying that they are not allowed to build such a nice guard house because it is under their area. i dun noe bout u guys but i think that is stupid. is not like they paid for it (the residents of USJ16 paid for it) nor the only diffrence is that is nicer than other guard house. well, the politician that went for the party i told u earlier, fight for usj16's right and he won. that is why we celebrated the official opening of the guard house.
sadly, the party was not very pleasuring. not only there is not enough sits, the lights black out suddenly and it took so long for them to fix it me and my family were forced to stand outside due to not enough sits and we r definately not the only one. also, the line to satay and roasted lamb is extremly long. i dun even need to search for it to spot the line. and when i mean long, it was not like some lines in the canteen or cafeteria. it was 10 times longer and possibly longer.
the ice kacang line is also another one. my mom and sis when to line up while me and my dad jus chit chat and eat. we ate finish and out of topic yet my mom and sis were still in the line. barely even moved. and they came back with only two tiny bowls of ice kacang. the bowls was smaller then the roti canai bowl in my school canteen. plus, the water tank was out of water yet no one even bother to refill it. i hav to tilt the tank to allowed water flowing into my cup. luckily there is a young girl there to help me hold my cup while i tilt over at the same time i tilt for her too.
it was officially worst buffet ever. the food however was not bad. the satay was ordinary but the main course is slightly above average ice kacang is okey to me but my mum said is too sweet (and all her hardwork standing there like a chicken waiting for raining worms), my parents said that the roasted lamb was nice and chapati (fyi, i dun eat chapati) was nice too according to my dad. i didnt tried anything else cos the foods look ordinary and the line was long.
n i tot that my ex-school, standard six farewell hi-tea was bad.
